Completion and submission of this application does not guarantee the issuance of media credentials. The USDrift (USD) Media Credential Application must be received by USD at least one (1) week prior to the first event media credentials are being requested for. Media credentials are limited per event and will be granted approval at the discretion of USD. Members of the media are responsible for confirming their credentials before the event. USD reserves the right at any time to revoke or terminate any media credential at their discretion. Requests from media members must be event specific and may only be requested by using the USD Media Credential Application. Applicants may submit and are encouraged to submit additional information regarding their resume or experience with the application. All media applicants must be at least 18 years of age and follow all rules set forth in the USD Competition Rules and Regulations (CRR) at the event. For additional questions or concerns regarding proper attire and etiquette, please email info@usdrift.com. If granted media credentials, USD reserves the right to request any and all media coverage pertaining to the event including, but not limited to; raw, unedited versions of photographs, video footage, and articles. Media coverage requested will solely be used for the purpose of USD and proper credentials and recognition will be attributed to the respective party when used. It's not required, but we ask that you upload ~10 of your favorite shots from the event into our DropBox. We will try our best to post some of these on our social media outlets and give you credit for them. If we decide that we would like to use them in a flyer, advertisement, website, or other marketing material, we would gladly reach out to you and pay you for the work(s).
